Role Description
As an Advanced Application Engineer, you will:
Apply modular architecture and next-generation integration techniques
Maintain a cloud-first, mobile-first mindset
Work with an Agile methodology across diverse and large-scale projects
Provide technical vision and leadership to application development teams
Roles & Responsibilities
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your domain
Lead and manage a high-performing technical team
Make and guide team-level and cross-team technical decisions
Drive and implement innovative solutions
Conduct regular meetings to track progress and ensure team alignment
Mentor team members and provide technical direction
Offer scalable solutions that address issues across multiple projects

Must-Have Skills
Expertise in BlueYonder Warehouse Management
Strong knowledge of supply chain management processes
Hands-on experience in:
Implementing warehouse optimization strategies
Working with cloud-based WMS platforms
Integrating WMS with ERP systems
