Key Responsibilities

Conduct Change Impact Analysis and develop actionable treatment plans.
Implement strategies to help organizations adopt new business processes effectively.
Support Change Measurement activities using Change Readiness tools.
Collaborate with the HR Transformation team to implement HR systems like SuccessFactors and Workday.
Work in a global, diverse, and dynamic team, where English is the primary language.
