Job Summary
As the Team Lead within the Sales Operations Transformation - Data Analytics, Reporting & Visualization team, you will lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and visualization experts. This role combines technical acumen with strategic leadership to directly impact the sales operations transformation through AI-powered innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of data science models and visualization tools.
Support sales strategy, performance tracking, and revenue optimization.
Ensure collaboration across functional, technical, and global teams.
Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation across multiple workstreams.
Act as a subject matter expert in Sales Operations analytics.
Provide mentorship and strategic guidance to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
