Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and configure Workday applications in line with business processes.
Act as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Workday Financial Accounting Core.
Lead and mentor development teams to ensure project goals are met.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Support integration development using Workday Adaptive Integrations (good to have).
Provide cross-functional support, troubleshooting, and solution implementation.
Ensure scalability, performance, and high-quality standards in all application builds.
Must-Have Skills
Expertise in Workday Financial Accounting Core
Hands-on experience in Workday Adaptive Planning
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with Workday Adaptive Integrations
Knowledge of financial workflows and reporting systems
Exposure to enterprise financial management tools
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in application development
Certification in Adaptive Planning is mandatory
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field
