The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day service delivery related to the processing of work visas and handling immigration matters for personnel traveling globally. You will act as the primary point of contact for employees and stakeholders, ensuring seamless service, compliance with regulations, and efficient processing of mobility services.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Collect and verify complete documentation for processing invite letters and work permits.
Respond to visa-related queries efficiently within defined SLAs, collaborating with senior team members as needed.
Ensure real-time updates of visa trackers and PM Gateway; provide weekly updates on work permit statuses to applicants.
Coach and guide team members at Level 12 and Level 13; monitor performance and drive key metrics.
Coordinate with travel and visa agents to ensure timely application submissions and passport collections.
Act as the primary point of contact for employees and internal stakeholders; generate and share reports regularly.
Inform relevant stakeholders about changes in traveler circumstances.
Stay up to date with immigration laws, industry practices, and process improvements.
Address customer queries professionally and ensure all visa-related documents are processed efficiently.
Collaborate with the team to enhance systems and processes.
Participate in projects or activities as assigned by SAN/SPL.
Flexibility to transition into operations or other teams when required.
