Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Strategy Consultant to join our GN Transaction Advisory (M&A/Private Equity) team. You will play a critical role in supporting clients through their inorganic growth journey across the entire deal lifecycle. This includes activities from target screening and synergy assessment to due diligence, post-merger integration, and scaling of portfolio firms. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in the full M&A deal lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Support clients in executing their inorganic growth agenda throughout the deal lifecycle, including:
Target screening
Synergy assessment
Due diligence
Post-merger integration
Portfolio interventions
Lead the day-to-day execution of complex consulting projects for Private Equity and Corporate clients across:
Pre-Deal Phase
Deal Execution Phase
Value Creation/Scaling of Portfolio or Target firms
Ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery by:
Defining deliverables
Prioritizing tasks and setting deadlines
Reviewing and providing feedback
Collaborating effectively with the team
Assist in business development activities:
Support RFPs and proposal creation (solutions, timelines, deliverables, pricing, etc.)
Participate in client orals and pitch discussions
Drive thought leadership and capability building:
Contribute to the development of new assets, intellectual property, and points of view
Conduct internal knowledge sessions and mentoring initiatives
Attend training sessions and get certified in emerging areas to stay market-relevant
