What You Will Do
As part of the Recruitment Centre of Excellence, you will:
Support end-to-end recruitment processes (domestic/international markets)
Develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies
Create and manage talent pools (talent communities)
Source and identify suitable candidates
Schedule interviews and administer online assessments
Conduct reference checks and background verifications
Manage onboarding activities (orientation registration, background check completion, SAP record creation, etc.)
Facilitate vendor invoicing and track candidates in the application tracking system
