Job Summary
As an Internal Controls & Compliance Senior Analyst, you will help clients transform their compliance function from a reactive process to a proactive, intelligent compliance operating model.
You will play a key role in SOX Control Testing and SOX Compliance Audits to ensure accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct SOX compliance audits focused on financial reporting and internal controls.
Perform control testing and document results according to audit standards.
Evaluate internal control designs and effectiveness.
Identify gaps, recommend remediation, and track resolution.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with SOX requirements.
Support external auditors with documentation and evidence during SOX audits.
Assist clients in building a sustainable, risk-based internal control environment.
