Key Responsibilities
As part of the Finance Operations vertical, you will help determine financial outcomes by:
Collecting operational data and reports
Conducting analysis and reconciling financial transactions
Managing revenue and cash flow with real-time visibility
Streamlining billing processes
Handling the complete cycle from customer inquiry, sales order to delivery, and invoicing
Cash Application Processing Tasks:
Resolve customer queries related to cash applications
Apply unapplied cash and reconcile suspense accounts
Process payments from receipt to finalization
Deposit customer payments and apply cash remittances
Maintain bad debt reserves and allowances
Prepare Accounts Receivable (AR) reports
Post and reconcile AR activity with the General Ledger
Who Should Apply?
