🎯 Role Overview
As a New Associate in Procure to Pay Operations, you will support financial operations by:
Collecting operational data and reports
Conducting analysis and reconciling transactions
Enhancing vendor compliance and discount capture
Confirming pricing and terms before payments
Ensuring accurate accounting of goods and services
Supporting procurement and financial processes end-to-end
You will be a part of the Accounts Payable Processing team which is responsible for:
Timely and accurate billing and invoice processing
Managing both purchase and non-purchase orders
Performing two-way and three-way invoice matching
Implementing and maintaining AP-related processes and tools
