Job Description

As a Procure to Pay Operations New Associate, you will be part of the Finance Operations vertical, contributing to financial outcomes through operational data collection, analysis, and transaction reconciliation. Key responsibilities include:

Enhancing vendor compliance and minimizing savings erosion

Capturing discounts effectively using preferred suppliers

Confirming pricing and terms before payment

Managing the end-to-end procurement and financial process

Accounting for goods and services (requisitioning, purchasing, and receiving)

Overseeing order sequencing and financial transactions

The Accounts Payable Processing team focuses on invoice processing, purchase and non-purchase orders, and two-way/three-way invoice matching.
