🔍 Roles & Responsibilities
Handle Client Onboarding, Account Maintenance, Customer Identification Program (CIP), and KYC processes.
Conduct PEP (Politically Exposed Persons) screening and adverse media checks.
Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Communicate complex compliance issues clearly to internal stakeholders across varying levels.
Maintain a proactive and accountable work ethic, with good organizational and time management skills.
Adapt to high-pressure environments with flexibility and a positive attitude.
Collaborate with global teams and manage high volume workloads efficiently.
Use Microsoft Office tools effectively, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
