We are looking for an experienced Software Development Engineer with strong DevOps expertise to join our dynamic team. You will be involved in the full software development lifecycle including analysis, design, coding, testing, maintenance, and enhancements for multiple client projects. You will also play a crucial role in mentoring junior developers and improving development processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in DevOps practices.
Lead and collaborate with teams to ensure high performance and efficiency.
Make critical technical decisions and guide team members across multiple projects.
Provide effective solutions to technical challenges across teams.
Mentor and coach junior developers to help enhance their skills.
Continuously assess and optimize development workflows for improved productivity.
Contribute to the development of new features and troubleshoot application issues.
