Job Summary:
As a Trust & Safety New Associate, you will work in the Content Moderation vertical under Accenture Operations. You will be part of a global team responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to maintain a safe and positive online environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Review user-generated content including text, images, audio, and videos.
Identify and flag content that violates client guidelines or terms of service.
Escalate complex cases to higher-level reviewers when necessary.
Work with sensitive or potentially disturbing content (e.g., graphic, violent, sexual).
Ensure timely and accurate moderation of flagged content.
Participate in well-being programs to support mental health and resilience.
