Accenture is seeking a Trust & Safety New Associate to join our User-Generated Content Moderation team. This role is vital in maintaining a safe and respectful digital environment by reviewing user-submitted content and ensuring it complies with community guidelines.
📌 Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content.
Investigate and resolve reported content issues or system-flagged cases.
Identify and remove spam to ensure quality search results.
Assist victims in removing explicit content (images/videos) from global platforms.
Remove personally identifiable information (PII) reported by users from search results.
Improve user experience by addressing issues related to ad blocking.
Handle sensitive or potentially objectionable content (e.g., graphic, violent, or sexual content).
Maintain high attention to detail while ensuring content accuracy and compliance.
