Job Summary
As a Warehouse Operations Senior Analyst, you will manage supply chain operations including planning, procurement, distribution, and aftermarket services. You’ll help clients achieve a return of $5 for every $1 spent on our services by improving operational efficiency and reducing waste.

Daily Operations | Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure on-time delivery |
Team Leadership | Guide, mentor, and motivate analytics and operations teams to meet performance targets |
Client Engagement | Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and align operations accordingly |
Performance Monitoring | Track and interpret KPIs and SLAs regularly |
Process Improvement | Identify inefficiencies and drive initiatives to enhance productivity |
Inventory & Procurement | Oversee inventory management, purchase orders, scheduling, and delivery coordination |
Reporting | Generate client-required reports at agreed frequencies |
Problem Solving | Conduct root cause and “What-if” analysis for issues in PO, delivery, inventory, etc. |
What We’re Looking For
Strong understanding of supply chain operations – delivery assurance, inventory management, exception handling
Proven experience in inventory planning, exception management, and vendor communication
Excellent skills in problem-solving, analysis, and data interpretation
Competency in formulating and implementing business strategies
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, problem-solving environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle schedule changes, cancellations, and risk independently
